Position Overview: The Personal Assistant to the CEO will provide complete support with general administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, writing correspondence, as well as project management duties as assigned. The position will also represent and serve in a supportive, respectful manner. The ideal candidate will be a professional with excellent skills, who also likes to have a friendly relationship with the person he/she supports.
Duties:
Communicate with all employees, trustees, and clients with integrity, clarity and understanding.
Write correspondence on behalf of the CEO and take notes in meetings as requested
Schedule and Coordinate meetings of the Option Institute Board of Directors.
Fulfill daily administrative duties of filing, copying, filling water bottles, retrieving mail, scheduling appointments and so on.
Occasionally generate reports on the organization.
Oversee projects as requested by the CEO, to completion.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years executive or personal assistant experience
Strong organizational skills, problem solving, multi tasking and time management.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
Reliable and professional
Self motivated
Energetic, organized team player
Positive attitude
Clear communicator and strong interpersonal skills.
Able to accept feedback and act on it.
Bachelor's degree is desired.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
